Product Specifications

All kits in this bundle use only through-hole components which are the easiest type of electronic components to work with. This makes them more suited to kids or makers with little to no experience.

Includes a 60W adjustable soldering iron (200–450ºC) with a region-specific plug (EU, UK 220V or US 110V), ideal for electronics assembly. Be sure to select the correct plug type for your region/county before placing your order.

The lead-free solder wire (0.8 mm) features a 2% rosin flux core and is tested free from hazardous heavy metals.

The Safety Glasses are lightweight, fully-adjustable to fit any head size, anti-fogging, and meet EN166, ANSI Z87.1 safety standards.

Packaging

We aim to minimize waste while protecting your order. All electronic kits are securely packaged in individual padded mailing bags containing anti-static ESD bags and/or rigid plastic boxes (depending on the product) to ensure the safety of the electronic components. An example of electronics kit packaging can be viewed HERE. Tools are generally minimally packed (e.g.: bubble-wrapped mailing bags).
