Awesome soldering kit

This is a great little starter soldering kit. Purchased this set for my son to keep him out of my tools, it has everything he needs for doing the kits we buy him from The Science Hut and more. The case looks to be a little on the small side for the soldering iron but it fits in fine at an angle.. you could also twist off the soldering iron tip after use to fit it into the case without having to place it at an angle, which was probably the intent anyways. Highly recommended.

Hey everyone, I ordered this and it came like this. I don't have any negatives really, everything works, the tips are easy to change - you just have to remove that heatsink and change the tip from the other side of it. The flux came in a bag, which is very handy because a bit got out from the box. The tweezers seems good and that yellow thinghy is a wire stripper, oh, and the red and black cable is a wire, it seems to be a solid one. The solder remover pump is oiled a bit inside, so it will definitely will last a long time. When I plugged the iron in, it smoked off some fumes, but then it didn't, just normal stuff. The iron has temerature settings from 180 ° C-500 ° C, I don't remember if the description said that or not, but that's proof. At the moment I can't test out how well it works and how good is the flux, the solder may be unleaded, I have no idea. But I do recommend it. Wishing you all a good delivery. 🙏 ❤️

If the iron is full-assembled, you may have to put it in at an angle to fit, or you can simply remove the tip before storage and it will fit in just fine.
