It does the job fine, nice easy-to-use design, but I'd have preferred if it came with a few different nozzle sizes because the nozzle it comes fitted with doesn't work too well for small surface mounted ICs - can't get in close enough. Perfectly fine for general use though.

We find that desoldering braid is a better option for removing SMD chips than a desoldering pump—our technical team can provide you with some advice on this if you wish, just contact us. Also, we do supply replacement nozzles, including different sizes... we'll supply them free-of-charge (just pay for postage). Please reach out to our customer service team with your request and they'll help you.

The quality is excellent. It’s an inexpensive desoldering pump, but it works perfectly and helps a lot in my work. It comes with a nozzle with sealing ring included. The handle is soft and comfortable, very easy to use. It removes solder well and works just as expected.
