Important Update Regarding US Sales
As of April 17, 2025, we have made the difficult decision to pause sales to our valued customers in the United States.
This isn’t goodbye — our site remains fully accessible from the US, and we’re not shutting down. We’ve simply had to make a strategic choice to discontinue purchases from the US market for now.
Why Are We Pausing US Sales?
This decision follows a detailed review of our logistics, operations, and future growth strategy. We’ve encountered increasing challenges around customs clearance, shipping reliability, and customer experience when delivering orders to the US, particularly in light of the most recent developments around tariffs and the removal of the de minimis trade exemption for small-value packages expected on 02 May 2025.
Rather than risk delayed deliveries or inconsistent service, we’ve chosen to pause US sales temporarily while we explore more sustainable and efficient options for serving our US customers.
What Happens Now?
You can still browse our store and check out all our products from the US. Our blog and social media channels will also continue to be accessible from the US. However, it will not be possible to place orders (you'll be notified at checkout that there are no shipping options available for your order).
What’s Next?
Of course, we want to be back. Behind the scenes, we’re already working on new solutions to reintroduce US order fulfillment, including:
Local fulfillment options
Procurement and/or manufacturing in the US
Streamlined logistics
Improved customs processing for orders, such as shipping DDP (if feasible)
Once we’re confident in a solution that delivers the level of service we promise our customers, we’ll re-open sales to the US — and we’ll be sure to notify our community as soon as that happens. Of course, if the policies around trading in the US change in our favour, we will possibly reinitiate US order fulfillment sooner on the basis of those policy changes.
