Customs Declaration may be required

If you're returning an item from any location outside the EU, you must include a customs declaration in order for the package to be successfully delivered. This customs declaration comprises HS / TARIC codes, country of origin, valuation, and information about the sender and receiver. This page provides all the information you need.

Important: You must provide this information to your postmaster when sending items back to us. The postmaster will need to prepare a customs declaration using these details. Before leaving your package with the post office, please ensure they have correctly filled out the declaration. If items are returned to us from any non-EU location and the necessary customs information is not provided, the package will be returned to the sender, resulting in loss of your postage fee and leading you to have to try to send the package to us again.
